Negotiation & Bid Consultation:
We join with our clients, their architects and designers in the development and formulation of a procurement strategy to enable them to enjoy an optimum financial result. This can include all, or some of the below:
- Preparation/research and development of the overall strategy and tactics of the negotiation
- Assist in structuring and preparing the RFI and RFP/RFQ (i.e. bid) documents
- Review bid responses and recommend to management the suggested course of action
- Assist in and/or conduct the negotiations
Product and Vendor Issues:
We assist clients in the business matters of product selection. That can include suggesting vendors for consideration that might otherwise have been overlooked or not presented to the design team (e.g. vendors without local representation, OEM manufacturers, etc). Similarly, we can identify vendors who, for business reasons, should be given more careful scrutiny prior to their selection as a supplier. More specifically we can:
- Evaluate the suitability, product quality and features of proposed products
- Identify and research the financial health, warranty, and other business issues relevant to a potential vendor's selection
- Quantify and qualify the field support available to our client that can include local representation, manufacturers' field support and dealer services
- Identify and evaluate possible vendors and products not otherwise identified for possible consideration and purchase

Sophisticated projects require significant attention to the process of renovating a facility or relocating a business. We can assist our clents in all processes of their project, or any part thereof. The can include:
